Parsnip Chips
My toddlers ate parsnip—finally! Sliced into thin medallions and fried.
Not my ideal cooking method...but they ate it, no complaints.
When I Tweeted this, Gail, editor of Edible Toronto (www.edibletoronto.com), responded with a suggestion that I am looking forward to trying:
“Try frying then in coconut oil next time. Great caramelization and flavour.”
